This page explains how you can request deletion of your personal data from Mind Nudge Companion, including any data received from Facebook Login.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of all personal data associated with your Mind Nudge Companion account, send an email to:
Subject line: Data Deletion Request
Please include the email address associated with your account. We will delete all personal data associated with your account within 30 days and confirm by email when deletion is complete.
What Gets Deleted
When you submit a deletion request, we will permanently delete:
Your account information (name, email address, profile picture)
All coaching conversation history
All habit goals and progress logs
All reminders you have set
Your push notification subscription
Facebook Data
If you signed in using Facebook Login, we received your name, email address, and profile picture from Meta at the time of sign-up. All of this data is permanently deleted upon request as described above.
