Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using Mind Nudge Companion ("the Service") operated by Mind Nudge Lab ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

1. The Service

Mind Nudge Companion is an AI-powered habit coaching service that helps you build and maintain healthy habits through personalised coaching conversations, reminders, and behavioural science principles.

2. Important Limitations — Not Professional Advice

The Service provides general habit coaching and motivational support only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, nutritional, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services. Do not rely on the Service for urgent health or safety decisions.

We make no guarantees about specific outcomes from using the Service. Results depend on individual effort, consistency, and circumstances.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly provide the Service to anyone under 18.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at Thomas@mindnudgelab.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

We use Facebook Login for authentication. Your use of Facebook Login is also subject to Meta's Terms of Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure

• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content

• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mind Nudge Lab. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

7. Your Content

Content you share within the Service (habit goals, progress logs, conversations) remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process and store this content solely for the purpose of providing the coaching service to you. We do not use your personal coaching content for advertising or share it with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy at https://www.mindnudgelab.com/privacypolicy. By using the Service, you agree to the processing of your data as described there.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at Thomas@mindnudgelab.com.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unavailability of the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mind Nudge Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or are using the Service in a way that could harm others or the Service itself.

You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data by contacting Thomas@mindnudgelab.com.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
